This evergreen tropical is native to South Africa is known for its tall, strikingly large leaves and exotic crane-like flowers. This plant can grow over 20ft tall and is often mistaken as a banana tree. Bird’s of Paradise are great for intermediate gardeners as they require full sun, high humidity and warm temperatures to thrive.

Light: Full Sun.
Water: Allow the top 2-3in of soil to dry out. Reduce watering in winter.
Indoor: 10-14 days
Outdoor: 7-10 days
