Scientific Name: Dracaena dermensis compacta
This compact plant is native to tropical regions of West Africa. With dark green leaves that grow from the center, this dracaena can grow tall and makes for a great addition to any interior. These plants are great for anyone because they are drought and shade tolerant.

Light: Shade. Low indirect light.
Water: Allow the top 3” of soil to dry out. Prefer distilled water.
Indoor: 14 -21 days
Outdoor: 10 - 14 days
Use the finger method or a moisture meter to test the soil, as various pots/top dressings,
as well as placement in your space will determine how often it needs to watered.
Temperature: 70°-90°, overwinter indoors
Humidity: Average to high humidity. Mist regularly in dry seasons.
Fertilize: Once or twice in the spring/summer or during heavy growing periods.
Repot: Every 2 years or if you see the roots growing out of the drainage holes.
