Uses:

• Plant – Attract bumble bees
• Oil – Hair moisturizer
• Tea – Nausea, Gas, Menstrual pain, insomnia
• Tea – Phlegm, Sore throat, Colds, Bronchitis

Type: Hardy herbaceous perennial

Light/Soil: Sun or Part Shade. Rich, light, moist soil.

Propagate: Divide. Root cuttings. Seed in Spring.

Grow: 18in apart. Divide every 3 years, remove dead center.

Harvest: Leaves in spring/summer. Flowers when they open.

Preserve: Dry.
