Grow: 18in apart. Avoid overwatering, susceptible to root rot.
Harvest: Pick young leaves. Gather flowers as they open.
Preserve: Freeze (coat leaves w/olive oil). Dry pack with salt and oil. Infuse in Oil or Vinegar.
