Common Name: Spider Plant
Scientific Name: Chlorophytum comosum
This plant is a member of the lily family and is native to South Africa. It has long ribboned light green leaves with a cream band down the center and self-propagates small versions of itself each year.
Pot Type: Terracotta with matching saucer. Blue plastic planters come with jute macramé to hang inside or outside. Comes with a screw-in hook that can handle the weight - make sure if hanging indoors that it is screwed into a stud for support.
