Flower Tea

Ingredients: Hibiscus, Cinnamon, Clove

This caffeine-free, full-body floral tea is very fragrant and little tart balanced by warm spices. It works as both a hot tea and cold (possibly sweet) tea, with a beautiful deep ruby color when brewed. A great tea after a big meal to ease digestion. 

Pour boiling water over a tsp of tea for single cup or add 3 tablespoons to a liter. Let steep for 5-10 minutes or more depending on desired strength.
