Juniper Berries

Uses:

• Tea – Diuretic for bladder infections, UTIs. Filter acid waste (gout, arthritis)
• Tea – Antiseptic for wound healing
• Tea – Stimulate appetite
• Tea – Rince for itchy scalp, eczema, and psoriasis
• Oil/Tea – Antifungal – Athletes Foot, Yeast Infections
• Oil – Massage joints and muscles
• Oil – Insect Repellent
• Steam – Relieve congestion

Notes:  Soak berries for a few hours before making tea, steep for 30 minutes

Caution:

• Do not take for long periods of time
• Stimulates uterine contractions – avoid during pregnancy
