Uses:
- Tea – Diuretic for bladder infections, UTIs. Filter acid waste (gout, arthritis)
- Tea – Antiseptic for wound healing
- Tea – Stimulate appetite
- Tea – Rince for itchy scalp, eczema, and psoriasis
- Oil/Tea – Antifungal – Athletes Foot, Yeast Infections
- Oil – Massage joints and muscles
- Oil – Insect Repellent
- Steam – Relieve congestion
Notes: Soak berries for a few hours before making tea, steep for 30 minutes
Caution:
- Do not take for long periods of time
- Stimulates uterine contractions – avoid during pregnancy
