Ingredients: Red Clover, Yarrow, Rose, Ironweed, Motherwort  (all organic locally grown or wild harvested) 

This gentle blend of herbs supports postpartum women through the hormonal transition, supports lactation, and promotes healing. 

Best taken once a day in the morning, steeped for 5-8 minutes.
