A small round cactus native to the Mexican desert that offers colorful flowers. These tiny plants are hardy and drought tolerant, in case you’re a forgetful waterer and their low profile make them great for any interior.
Care Tips
Light: Full Sun
Water: Allow the soil to dry out completely. Water until it flows from drainage holes.
Do not water during the winter!
Use the finger method or a moisture meter to test the soil, as various pots/top dressings, as well as placement in your space will determine how often it needs to be watered.
Indoor: 3-4 weeks
Outdoor: 2-3 weeks (or natural rainfall)
Temperature: 30°-100°, Overwinter indoors
Humidity: Low humidity
Fertilize: Once in the spring.
Repot: Every 2 years or if you see the roots growing out of the drainage holes.
